Where's Marty? Monterey Movie Project

MISSION: To develop and produce a low budget feature film of approximately 105 minutes in length. This film involves local people as actors and uses local Monterey County locations. The film is a fundraising project intended for local release

 

FOCUS: To produce a film that will raise funds for the nonprofit Monterey County Film Commission and the Film Commission’s scholarship program geared to offer financial assistance to a Monterey County student entering the television and film programs.

 

FILM SYNOPSIS: The genre is a travel log-romantic comedy. Joanne Smith and Jonathan Smith, from New York City, are not married. They don’t even know each other. The “couple” meet in Monterey as tourists... get to know each other.......AND of course, fall in love get help from an angel.

Locations include, but not limited to: Carmel, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, King City, Carmel Valley, Salinas, Monterey, Moss Landing and Big Sur.
