The Jamesburg Dish or Earth Station is available for film productions. It’s a 97-foot dish that previously was used as a major West Coast teleport for ATT/Comsat. Located in Carmel Valley about an hour from Monterey, the Jamesburg Dish is adjoined by a 20,000 square foot concrete service building which is now nearly empty, with its earth station switching and terminal equipment removed. With its secured access, dramatic spaces and an extraordinarily imposing structure it is camera-ready for film work.
